FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to biotechnology, namely to methods for molecular genetic typing of Salmonella enterica strains circulating in different territories, in order to differentiate them. A method for molecular genetic typing of Salmonella strains by INDEL markers, including DNA extraction from the studied S. enterica strain, PCR with specific primers, and reaction registration using PAAG electrophoresis, characterized in that seven common INDEL markers with deletions of a certain size, namely STY4288, STY3837, STY1159, STY0523, STY0257, STY2730 and STY3176, followed by their amplification using designed specific primers that reveal two alternative alleles. at the same time, the results of differentiation are taken into account visually after electrophoresis in 8% polyacrylamide gel in the presence of a DNA molecular weight marker, and for each strain a unique INDEL genotype is established using seven INDEL markers, and by comparing the identified INDEL genotypes with each other and with known genotypes, an identification tables establish the common or different origin of the studied strains of S. enterica.
EFFECT: improvement of methods for molecular genetic typing of Salmonella enterica strains.
