FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to methods for molecular genetic typing of strains of infectious agents, which are used in microbiological and molecular genetic monitoring of F. tularensis strains circulating in different territories, in order to differentiate them. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that five common INDEL genes with deletions of a certain size, namely ft263, ft278, ft502, ft1779, and ft09, are identified from F. tularensis DNA, followed by their amplification using designed specific primers that reveal two alternative alleles.
EFFECT: improvement of molecular genetic typing of strains of infectious agents’ methods.
