SUBSTANCE: present application relates to a food preparation device (1) comprising cooking chamber (2), basket (3) located inside boiling chamber (2) for accommodating food product (4) to be cooked, heating element (5) located above the food product basket (3) for heating of the air coming out of the food product basket (3), system (6, 12, 13) for circulation of the heated air upward in food basket (3) product, and filtering element (7) located between food basket (3) and heating element (5). Filter element (7) is located at a distance from heating element (5). Filter element (7) contains an air-permeable mesh structure for holding particles contained in air coming out of the food product basket (3). Basket (3) for food product contains upper inlet part (11), and filter element (7) passes over entire upper inlet part (11).

EFFECT: device for food preparation is proposed.
