Blood serum analysis and transrectal ultrasound of the prostate gland are carried out. When the level of total testosterone is below 12.1 nmol/l and when avascular and hypovascular areas in the prostate are detected more than 1 cm3 in combination with prostate fibrosis, the manifestation of hypogonadism is predicted within 12 months.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of predicting the manifestation of the disease in men during the year and determine the tactics of treating the patient by evaluating the totality of the most significant indicators.
