FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the production of concentrated mixtures for the preparation of non-alcoholic beverages with preventive properties, contributing to the prevention of diseases and the improvement of the functional state of various organs. Composition for preparing a soluble beverage in the form of a homogeneous mixture contains, wt.: echinochrome A isolated from sand dollars – 0.5–10, schisandrine from berries and seeds of Chinese magnolia vine – 2–10, astaxanthin isolated from Haematococcus pluvialis alga – 2–20, ascorbic acid – 5.0 to 10, fructose in the form of 60 % syrup – 230–250, and thickening agent (gum) – 0.7–1.0. Immediately after preparation, the resulting composition is packed in single doses, which constitute a physiological standard.
EFFECT: expansion of the spectrum of prophylactic properties of the prepared beverage and improvement of its organoleptic parameters, as well as expansion of the base of renewable natural sources of biologically active food substances while improving the convenience of using the composition.
