FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration diagnostics of the technical condition of gearboxes of armaments, military and special machinery and can be used to evaluate the technical condition of gearboxes by the degree of wear of the gears of the main speeds thereof. Apparatus includes a vibroacoustic signal sensor positioned in the vicinity of the layshaft of the gearbox, a sensor for testing the level of contamination of the gear oil located in the lower part of the gearbox body, a unit for initial processing of the taken values, a unit for statistical processing of the values, a neuroprocessor, a unit for making the conclusion on the current technical condition of the gearbox, a base of reference values of the crest factor of the main speeds of the gearbox depending on the operating life of the gearbox, and a digital indicator of the technical condition of the gearbox.
EFFECT: possibility of real-time continuous monitoring of the dynamics of wear of the gears and automatic conclusion on the current technical condition of the gearbox.
