FIELD: engineering of equipment for diagnosing objects having repeated functioning cycles.
SUBSTANCE: device for vibro-acoustic diagnostics of cyclically functioning objects includes one or several channels for selection of measuring information, each one of which contains a route for controlling vibro-acoustic signal, a route for controlling rotation frequency, a route for generation of electric signal; controller; programmable computing device; indicator and registration device. Introduced additionally into each channel for selection of additional information of device is a route for measuring noise of functionally complete and spatially located in one place section of blocks of object being controlled, while route for generation of electric signal is supplemented with noncontact commutator and adjustable digital filter. Proposed system is also supplemented with predicting device.
EFFECT: increased speed and objectivity of diagnostics results, expanded functions of dev and more in-depth analysis of diagnostics parameters.
