FIELD: car industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the diagnosis of motor vehicles. In a method for remote automated diagnostics of a technical condition of gearboxes of military automotive equipment, values of an average value of vibration acceleration are read from a gearbox case with a vibroacoustic sensor, values of a cross factor are determined by processing received vibration signal spectrograms and calculating an average amplitude of an envelope of a vibration acceleration signal, the results of statistical processing of received data on the current value of the cross factor of main gears are analyzed by comparing current values of the cross-factor with standard values obtained experimentally, embedded in a storage database. A conclusion on the technical condition of the gearbox and transmission oil is displayed, followed by sending this data via GSM module to electronic servers of a military unit and a manufacturer. Diagnostics is performed in real time.
EFFECT: obtaining a method for real-time diagnostics of a technical condition of gearboxes of military automotive equipment.
