The system of local positioning of people in the territory of closed and open type contains at least one video camera transmitting a video stream through the software pre-installed on the processor of the video stream processing server to the specified server, which contains a storyboard module configured to receive a video stream and simultaneously transmit the processed data to the data processing server into a module for constructing a heat map and a module for detecting patches-identifiers, made with the possibility of simultaneous data processing, while the module for constructing a heat map contains modules connected in series: a module for converting an image from color to black and white format of each frame, a module for reading frames n- 1 c n, configured to compare between previous frames with previous ones, an object detection module associated with the noise elimination module, which is configured to eliminate interference to build a thermal trace, and which ry is associated with the frame addition and difference coloring module; wherein the object detection module is configured to determine the moving object using the YOLOv5 machine learning model located on the data processing server; the identification patch detection module comprises an identification patch classification module that is associated with the specific object detection module; moreover, the specific object detection module is connected to the frame addition and difference coloring module through the "noise" elimination module; moreover, the patch classification module is associated with a specific object detection module that is associated with an information storage database that is located on a data processing server; a results merging module associated with the identification patch and heat map detection modules, the results from which are transmitted via a one-way communication path to the result output module in the user interface.
