SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of video analytics systems used on official vehicles (OV) to record certain events. increase in the efficiency of monitoring situations in official vehicles by identifying events in the video stream corresponding to various states of the production process in the OV. The method contains the stages at which: data is received from CCTV cameras installed in the cabin and outside on the OV; the received data is processed using at least one machine learning model made with the possibility of fixing the first state of the OV, based on processing data displaying the position of at least one employee in the OV cabin when he moves along the route; fixing the second state of the OV when receiving data displaying the opening of the OV door and a change in position of at least one employee in the OV cabin; moreover, when fixing the second state, the position of at least one employee is determined near the open door outside the OV and the order of departure of the employees of the OV cabin with a given time interval; and if the employees are closer to the set distance value at the open door outside the OV and/or the departure of the OV cabin occurs by employees not alternately in a given time interval, then fixation of a troubling event is performed.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of monitoring situations on official transport by identifying events in the video stream corresponding to various states of operation of the OV.
