FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: the internal combustion engine includes a support frame (1) on which the inner and outer rotors, exhaust and inlet windows, radial channels for the coolant flow in the cylinders (9), (8) and blades are installed coaxially. Internal and external rotors are made in the form of hollow shafts (4), (5) with blades. At the ends of the blades there are toothed rims (6), (7) that engage with the gears (3). In the space between the hollow shafts (4), (5) of the rotors there is an annular valve that interacts with latches installed in the pockets of the rotors. Through alternate engagement with the pockets of the annular valve a gas distribution mechanism is provided, allowing a four-stroke cycle to be realized, using the entire stroke of the blades to perform useful work, accompanied by an increase in power density and an increase in efficiency
EFFECT: ensuring a four-stroke gas distribution scheme.
