POLYMER PH SENSOR MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC C08L1/12 C08K5/16 G01N21/80

Abstract RU 2786858 C1

FIELD: chemical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, namely, to the production of a polymer chemosensory material, and can be used as reversible optical indicators for the selective, continuous, long-term non-polluting recording of the presence and content of hydrogen ions in solutions. Polymer pH sensor material contains a polymer; according to the invention, cellulose diacetate is used as a polymer, and additionally, 4-[(E)-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)diazenyl]phthalonitrile is contained at the following content of the components, wt.%: cellulose diacetate 99.90 to 99.95, 4-[(E)-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)diazenyl]phthalonitrile 0.05 to 0.10.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity of the chemosensory material to hydrogen ions or shorter time of detection of hydrogen ions in a solution, up to instantaneous, as well as simplified and shortened process of producing the initial components.
