FIELD: control and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for ultrasonic diagnostics of pipe inner surface condition. Device for automated diagnostics of technical condition of pipelines (14) comprises measuring unit (8) with possibility of rotation around its axis by means of electric motor (6) with rotation shaft. Measuring unit (8) is fixed in the front part of the device and includes emitter (9) and receiver (10) of ultrasonic waves. In the rear part of the device there is a unit for storing scanning results, the input of which is connected through an electric cable to the output of measuring unit (8). In the rear part of the device there is an accumulator, outputs of which are connected via electric cable with inputs of measuring unit (8), unit for storage of scanning results and microprocessor, fixed between the battery and the scanning results storage unit in the rear part of the device. Microprocessor output is connected via electric cable to input of measuring unit (8). Three telescopic supports (2) are fixed on the device body at angle of 120° to each other, at the ends of which electric motors (3) are fixed, which are connected to wheels (4) by means of rotation shafts, and supplied with accumulator.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics of various diameter pipe inner surface condition.
