SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for sterile collection of callus tissue of woody and shrubby plants. The callus tissue sampling device is made in the form of a collapsible instrument, including a hollow tube with a handle and a mandrel with a handle. While the hollow tube with a diameter of 3 mm is equipped with external and internal threads, and at a distance of 0.5 cm from the outer edge of the tube there is a hole 1.5x3 mm in size. On the outside of the handle at the exit of the tube there is a groove for connection with the handle of the mandrel by means of a spike placed on the handle of the mandrel. End of mandrel is pointed.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of sampling callus tissue directly from the area of callus, which ensures the sterility of the selected callus tissue and eliminates the need for its sterilization.
