SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for microclonal propagation of Populus koreana, includes: preparation of 1-2 summer sprouts, use as an explant middle part of green shoots of positive poplar tree (Populus koreana Render) male genotype with axillary kidney of sheet, sprouting under laboratory conditions of young sprouts, their sterilization, obtaining a sterile culture in vitro, induction of stratification, shoot growth, their separation with subsequent rooting and adaptation first to sterile soil conditions, and then to ordinary soil.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce fast-growing poplar Korean specimens.
