At the same time, the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment are capable of binding to alpha-synuclein both in the form of monomer and in the form of fibrils and preventing aggregation of alpha-synuclein, induced by alpha-synuclein fibrils. Isolated polynucleotide encoding an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, cloning and expression vectors, a host cell, a method for the production of an antibody or its antigen-binding fragment, a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, and a method for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease are also presented.
EFFECT: inventions can be assigned for use them for the treatment of synucleopathies, including Parkinson’s disease.
