FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely ophthalmology, and can be used to form a graft consisting of endothelium, Descemet membrane (DM), Dua layer and residual stroma, using a femtosecond laser (FSL). To do this, the donor cornea is placed in the holder of an artificial anterior chamber (AAC) with the endothelium up. Then the AAC is filled with a balanced saline solution. Next, a donor corneal graft is formed with the help of the FSL by means of single-stage resection. Resection is performed parallel to the endothelial surface at a depth of 30-60 mcm, with a diameter of 3.0-9.5 mm. Next, the corneoscleral disc is fixed in the bed of the plastic base of the vacuum chisel with the endothelium up. Using a 5 ml syringe connected to a 30 G needle and having a spring piston, air is injected into the cut formed by the FSL from the side of the scleral ring of the disc to detach the graft until a large bubble consisting of a residual stroma, a layer of Dua, DM and endothelium is obtained. Then paracentesis of the bubble is performed, into which a dye is injected: trypan blue. Then, the detached graft is cut out around the bubble with scissors. On the recipient’s eye, after descemetorhexis is performed using an injector, the graft is placed in the anterior chamber. It is straightened, centered and fixed with air.
EFFECT: invention ensures the preservation of donor material, the achievement of high visual functions and a reduction in the patients’ rehabilitation time.
