The basis for obtaining a graft for preendothelial keratoplasty with descemetorhexis is made in the form of a cylinder 15 mm high, 20 mm in diameter made of surgical steel, on its upper surface a rough semicircular recess 18 mm in diameter is made for laying the epithelial side of the corneoscleral disc. In the upper part of the base, at the same angular distance along the edge of the rim, there are four semicircular recesses 4 mm deep and 2 mm in diameter, one of which is designed to pass the fixator handle, the others to insert the needle into the graft. Fixator for obtaining a graft for preendothelial keratoplasty with descemetorhexis includes a handle and a working part in the form of a ring. The latch is made of surgical steel. The inner diameter of the ring is 9.0 mm, the handle consists of two sections: the first, connected to the ring at a right angle, and the second, bent from the first at an angle of 135 degrees to the upper surface of the ring, on the lower surface of the ring, a semicircular recess 1 mm deep is made and with a diameter of 0.5 mm, for inserting a needle into the graft. The fixator ring is designed to be installed on the base recess with its lower surface on the corneoscleral disk in such a way that the fixator notch is on the same axis as one of the base notches.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of a stable position of the donor material, as well as reducing the risk of graft rupture and damage to the endothelium and, consequently, the rejection of valuable donor material.
