FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: bus with a tilted seat floor and a lower border of side windows, having two upper air ducts of ventilation and heating systems. The lower surface forming the air duct is inclined at an angle of inclination of the floor of the seats and the floor of the passage between the seats or at a smaller angle, the side surfaces of the air duct have a triangular shape, or the lower surface of the air duct is parallel to the plane of the bottom of the bus and has a stepped shape. Heat exchangers are located in front of the duct on the sides of the bus and/or above the roof. The air duct is divided in height by partitions, forming several air ducts. The air duct is additionally divided by a partition into two sections along the length. When the air intakes are located in front of the ducts, behind the windows located above the front doors, the heat exchangers are installed inside the bus cabin, in front of the air ducts. When the air intakes are located above the side windows, the heat exchangers are installed inside the air ducts. The maximum angle of inclination of the lower surface of the air duct is 4.5°. Flaps are installed in the air ducts in front of the passenger blowing nozzles.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase the efficiency of the ventilation system.
