FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating and air conditioning of vehicles. Assembly of front heater air intake flaps includes two flaps: internal one providing air suction from cabin, installed on hinge with possibility of rotation, and external one providing outboard air suction, installed on one U-shaped tie-rod, two or four tie-rods pivotally connected to body front part. External flap is also hingedly connected to the internal flap closing the air intake air intake from the passenger compartment, hinged connection is provided by means of a hinge. When the external gate is installed on one U-shaped tie-rod or two tie-rods, the inner gate performs the function of the third tie-rod. Outer flap is pivotally connected to the inner air suction flap from the cabin from above, and with one U-shaped tie-rod or two tie-rods - from below; or the damper is installed on one U-shaped and two rods forming a parallelogram mechanism, and is pivotally connected to the air suction flap from the passenger compartment, wherein the flaps are hinged so that when the outer flap is completely open, the inner flap is completely closed, and in intermediate positions both flaps are open. In the fully open position, the external flap is installed at an acute angle to the vertical. Axles of rods and internal flap have levers, pivotally connected by rod, which is connected to manual control handle or thermostat, or an actuating element of automatic control of flaps depending on the specified temperature in the cabin and engine temperature. Hinges of linkage of tie-rods with flap are located below or above hinges of linkage of tie-rods with body front part. Heater air intake is closed by steel fine-meshed grating. Dampers assembly is installed under the heater radiator; the unit space is connected to the heater by a vertical branch pipe.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of ventilation and heating systems.
