SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food and pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for the production of water-soluble exopolysaccharides of mycelium of basidiomycete. The method for the production of water-soluble exopolysaccharides includes preparation of seed mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum basidiomycete, submerged cultivation of prepared seed mycelium followed by isolation of exopolysaccharides from cultural fluid, while preparation of seed mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum basidiomycete (Curtis 1781) P. Karsten 1881 is carried out in two stages, at the first of which a culture of basidiomycete is sown on a sterile agarized nutrient medium containing a source of carbon, nitrogen, mineral salts, and bacteriological agar-agar, and at the second one, mycelium obtained at the first stage is sown on a sterile liquid nutrient medium containing a source of carbon, nitrogen, and mineral salts, preparation of a nutrient medium for submerged cultivation is prepared, containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, and mineral salts, submerged cultivation of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum basidiomycete (Curtis 1781) P. Karsten 1881 for the production of exopolysaccharides is carried out at 27-29°C for 7-9 days on the nutrient medium, in preparation of which wheat starch and ammonium chloride are used as the source of carbon and nitrogen in amounts respectively equal to 15-30 g and 0.3-1 g per 1 liter of water, calcium chloride and magnesium sulfate, potassium dihydroorthophosphate, potassium hydroorthophosphate are used as sources of mineral salts in amounts respectively equal to 0-0.8 g, 0.4-0.6 g, 0.5-1 g, and 0.05-0.075 g per 1 liter of water, thiamine is used as an activator of mycelium growth in amount of 0.05-0.075 g per 1 liter of water, and an initial pH of the nutrient medium is 4.0-4.5. A powdered product obtained by the claimed method is also proposed.

EFFECT: above-described method allows for an increase in the yield of exopolysaccharides (the final product) and reduction in duration of cultivation of mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum basidiomycete due to optimization of a component composition of nutrient media.
