FIELD: sealing systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealing system for a rotary kiln and equipment for a rotary kiln. The sealing system of the rotary kiln comprises a sealing system for the material discharge damper of the rotary kiln and a gas outlet sealing system for the material discharge damper of the rotary kiln, wherein the material discharge damper sealing system of the rotary kiln has a material discharge opening, a sealing mechanism for material discharge both the receiving hopper and the material discharging opening, the sealing mechanism for discharging the material and the receiving hopper are connected in series; the gas outlet sealing system of the material discharge damper of the rotary kiln comprises a gas outlet, a coal gas sealing mechanism and a coal gas pipeline, and a gas outlet, a coal gas sealing mechanism and a coal gas pipeline are connected in series; each mechanism of the sealing mechanism for material unloading and the coal gas sealing mechanism comprises the first body and the second body, the second body spatially surrounds the first body, the first gap is left between the first body and the second body, the first flange is fixedly attached to one end of the first body, the second flange fixedly attached to the end of the second body, remote from the first flange, the other end of the first body, remote from the first flange, is a free end located in the second flange, the second gap is left between the first flange and one end of the second body, shifted to the first flange, the resilient expansion joint is present on the outside of the second body, the two ends of the resilient expansion joint are sealed to the first flange and the second flange, respectively, and the resilient expansion joint, the first flange and the second flange jointly define the sealed cavity such that the first flange and the second flange have an intermediate expandable space ; and the first annular plate is fixedly attached to the end surface of the first body near the second flange, the cavity structure is formed by the first body, the first flange and the first annular plate, the second annular plate is fixedly attached to the end surface of the second body near the first flange, and the cavity structure is formed by the second body, the second flange and second annular plate. Rotary kiln equipment is disclosed, comprising a gas outlet sealing system for a damper for discharging material from a rotary kiln and a damper sealing system for discharging material from a rotary kiln.
EFFECT: sealing mechanism for discharging material is provided to meet sealing requirements in the vertical and horizontal oscillation process.
