FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medical devices and, in particular, to a coiled surgical instrument. The coiled surgical instrument contains a hand-held end, a replaceable component, a quick-release connecting element and a transfer component. The hand-held end contains a holding element, a wrist element and a manipulating element. The manipulating element is connected to the holding element by means of the wrist element, and the wrist element has at least the first rotational degree of freedom. The replaceable component contains a coiled element, a support socket for the instrument and an end actuator, which are connected in series. The coiled element has the fifth rotational degree of freedom. The quick-release connecting element contains an element for providing a detachable connection. The element for providing a detachable connection contains the first Hook hinge made on the holding element and a connector made on the replaceable component. The first Hook hinge is connected to the connector with the possibility of disconnection. The transfer component contains the first part and the second part, which are located respectively on the replaceable component and the hand-held end. The first part connects the connector to the coiled element. The second part connects the wrist element to the first Hook hinge. The first part is made with the possibility of ensuring that the coiled element performs the fifth rotational movement according to the ninth rotational movement of the first Hook hinge, and the second part is made with the possibility of ensuring that the first Hook hinge performs the ninth rotational movement according to the first rotational movement of the wrist element.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide a smaller incision for a better therapeutic effect and to reduce the level of damage to other tissues during surgery.
