FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a full-metal conical combined screw pump adapted for the use in the oil industry. The pump contains a stator, rotor 2, case 3, and pumping rod 4. The stator is made with a curvilinear surface with internal screw thread. In the stator, rotor 2 is installed with a curvilinear surface with external screw thread coinciding with the curvilinear surface with internal screw thread. Case 3 is connected to the stator. Rod 4 is formed by a detachable and rigid connection of the set of sections of rod 4 and is installed in case 3. Curvilinear surfaces have a conical shape, their screw structure and conicity are the same. An end of the surface with internal screw thread and the surface with external screw thread with a larger radial size is adjacent to rod 4. The pump additionally contains an elastic telescopic node, which contains movable, immobile, and elastic parts. The movable part is stationary connected to rotor 2. The immobile part is stationary connected to rod 4. Movable and immobile parts form a seat with the possibility of sliding in downward and upward directions, and they are capable of transmitting torque to rod 4 and rotor 2. One end of the elastic part is adjacent to the movable part or rotor 2. Another end is adjacent to the immobile part or rod 4. The elastic part is capable of elastic compressing or elastic expanding along a direction of sliding of the movable part.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at an increase in a service life, efficiency, and reduction in energy consumption.
