SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining a sorbent in which a metal salt solution and a potassium ferricyanide solution are combined with stirring, the precipitate formed as a result of the interaction of salts is washed with water, dried and granulated, it is characterized in that a metal salt solution is combined with stirring at a speed of 800-1000 rpm for 60 minutes, as which 0.18 M an aqueous solution of metal chloride is used, and 0.08 M aqueous solution of potassium ferricyanide with their volume ratio of 1:1, the resulting precipitate is washed with distilled water and dried to a constant weight at a temperature of 100°C, then a fraction of the resulting ferrocyanide Me-K with a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mm is granulated and separated, a homogeneous solution is prepared, for which high-pressure polyethylene and toluene are combined with stirring at a speed of 400-600 rpm and heated to a temperature of 120°C at their ratio of 1 g:150 ml, ferrocyanide Me-K with a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mm is introduced into the resulting homogeneous solution with a mass ratio of high-pressure polyethylene and ferrocyanide Me-K 1:5 and mixed at a speed of 400-600 rpm when heated to a temperature of 12°C for 30 minutes, then the resulting solution cools naturally while stirring for 30 minutes, after which the resulting precipitate is separated by filtration and dried for 24 hours at room temperature.
