SUBSTANCE: device for analog-to-digital conversion of photocurrent into a digital code belongs to the field of integrated microelectronics and is intended for optical information processing systems, in particular, when converting a signal in the reading cells of photosensitive matrices. The solution to the problem is provided by the fact that, unlike the prototype, the drain of the input transistor is connected to one of the inputs of the analog switch K1, the output of which is connected to the capacitance plate Cint, the second plate of which is connected to the ground bus, the plate of which is connected to the output of the key K2, the input of which is connected to bus VINJ, the output of which is connected to the output of the key RES, the input of which is connected to the ground bus, the output of which is connected to one of the inputs of the operational amplifier, the second input of which is connected to the VREF bus, the output of which is connected to the second input of the key K1, the output of which is connected to the input n bit binary counter, the output of which is connected to the OUT bus.

EFFECT: achieving a constant response time of the comparator relative to the strength of the photocurrent, higher oscillation frequency, improved linearity.
