FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for recording and processing optical information. The said device for picking up signals from multielement photodetectors consists of cells, each of which contains an integrating capacitor, compensating capacitor, buffer transistor, transistor for choosing a cell, collection transistor, switching transistor and a voltage comparator. Besides that each cell of the device contains a switch, which connects the second plate of the integrating capacitor to the source, substrate of the buffer transistor and the input of the comparator, the output of which is connected to the gate of the switching transistor, and the operation enable input is connected to the bus for enabling output of analogue data. Each cell also contains an additional buffer transistor, the gate of which is connected to the gate of the main buffer transistor, the source is connected to the drain of the main buffer transistor, the substrate is connected to the substrate of the buffer transistor, the drain is connected to the common bus, the drain of the collection transistor is connected to input of the cell. The opening and closing phases of the additional switch are opposite those of the switching transistor.

EFFECT: invention increases sensitivity of the device for picking up signals from multielement photodiodes.
