FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of integrated microelectronics and concerns a device for reading with time delay and accumulation (TDA) of signals in digital form from multi-element photodetectors of infrared radiation. Device includes m reading channels. Each of m reading channels has n reading cells, a reset bus, a reference voltage bus of a comparator, integration signal busbar, busbar of TDA signal of cells and unit of n TDA of cells connected so that output of each next TDA cell is connected to corresponding input of the next. Inputs of each TDA of the cell are connected to the integration signal bus and to the timing pulse bus. Each reading cell is connected by its output to one of the inputs of the corresponding TDA cells. Each reading cell is made as a part of integrator of photocurrent, comparator, trigger-latch.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of dynamic range, possibility of change of transfer characteristic and reduction of sizes of TDA scheme of register.
