FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: system for controlling subscriber traffic through terrestrial and satellite communication channels contains orbital constellations of spacecrafts and navigation spacecraft connected to the respective communication subsystems of the terrestrial complexes connected through the terrestrial communication channels. According to the invention, the control system further comprises a subsystem for controlling terrestrial radio communication lines, implemented in the form of a controller-control device and a modem connected in series to these lines, through which the terrestrial radio communication lines are connected with the satellite orbital constellations and the mobile subscriber and navigation terminals.
EFFECT: increasing the transmission efficiency of messages to the information collecting and processing center.
