FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in the chamber development of ore bodies to maintain inter-chamber pillars in a stable state. The method includes drilling end-to-end holes in the pillars, passing ropes through them, fixing a reinforcing mesh and a reinforcing bar on the pillar surface, and pre-tensioning the rope. At the same time, work on the installation of the support is carried out simultaneously on the tiers of the pillar attachment distributed along the height of the pillar, starting from the interface of the workings. Both ends of double-folded ropes are threaded through the wells, the ends of which are first passed through the base plate on one side of the pillar and rigidly fixed on the carrier base plate on the other side of the pillar, between the carrier base plate. A reinforcing bar is installed under the rope loop over the reinforcing mesh, the length of which and the well drilling pitch are selected so that the length of the rolled profile is a multiple of the drilling pitch, while maintaining the preliminary tension of the rope and fixing the compliance unit on the surface of the pillar in the cleaning chamber, which accumulates transverse deformations in the pillar to predetermined values, and as the compliance of the support is exhausted, the growth rates of transverse strains and stresses in the pillar decay.
EFFECT: increase in the bearing capacity of inter-chamber pillars in rocks prone to the manifestation of rheological properties.
