FIELD: pipelines construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the drilling of directional wells and the construction of pipeline crossings for various purposes under natural and artificial barriers using the directional drilling method. The system for continuous loading of drill pipes into the working area of the drilling rig contains a drilling carriage, made with the possibility of its rotation at an angle with respect to the horizontal plane of the drilling rig, a manipulator mounted for movement along the longitudinal axis of the drilling rig, a system for tracking the position of the drill string in the working area of the drilling rig installation and automatic positioning of the manipulator with the drill pipe. The system for continuous loading of drill pipes into the working area of the drilling rig further comprises a manipulator angular positioning system, a manipulator angular positioning drive, a manipulator angular positioning guide, and a drill pipe accumulator. The system of angular positioning of the manipulator is configured to determine the deviation of the manipulator from the horizontal plane. The manipulator angular positioning system is configured to issue commands to turn on the manipulator angular positioning drive. The manipulator is mounted on the drilling carriage with the possibility of rotation around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the drilling carriage, along the guide of the angular positioning of the manipulator by means of the drive of the angular positioning of the manipulator.
EFFECT: simplifying and accelerating the process of loading drill pipes into the working area of the drilling rig, eliminating the need to use a complex pipe accumulator or crane-manipulator and associated personnel, and, as a result, improving the safety of drilling operations.
