FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in the environmental direction of biological (forest) reclamation of overburden dumps of mining enterprises, focused on the restoration of forest ecosystems on dumps formed during the development of coal deposits. The method for environmental reclamation of dumps of mining enterprises includes: partial flattening of the dump, formation of a microrelief, application of a fertile soil layer, planting trees and shrubs in biogroups in a checkerboard pattern with sowing open spaces with grass mixtures with the obligatory inclusion of legumes.
EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of nature-like forest phytocenoses of the taiga zone of the boreal sub-kingdom on dumps, which form favorable protective and feeding conditions necessary for the faunistic component of the restored ecological system, including large animals, game birds and herbivorous mammals.
