FIELD: fire-extinguishing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-extinguishing equipment, more specifically to stationary devices for generating a gas-aerosol mixture of flame retardants, designed to suppress fires with a flow of an extinguishing mixture in confined spaces. Autonomous generator of fire-extinguishing aerosol contains a polymer case in the form of a glass, a block of pyrotechnic composition of fire-extinguishing aerosol placed in the bottom part of the case, an initiator, functional equipment for cooling the aerosol and a perforated diaphragm, on which the case is rolled through the sealing ring. The polymer body above the cartridge made of the pyrotechnic composition of the fire-extinguishing aerosol includes an aerosol mixing chamber, in which the initiating means is placed in the form of a igniter cord, one part of which is made in the form of a spiral and is rigidly fixed by means of a damper gasket on the end surface of the cartridge through the thrust tube, and the other part is brought out through the central hole of the perforated diaphragm, the perforation windows of which are covered with a metal mesh. The annular space between the inner diameter of the housing and the guide tube, which is tightly fixed in the recess of the diaphragm, is filled with granules from a substance based on ammonium oxalate by means of a sealing ring. A checker made of a pyrotechnic composition of a fire-extinguishing aerosol is covered with heat-resistant silicone enamel.

EFFECT: increasing the cooling efficiency of the fire-extinguishing aerosol jet.
