FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for laying a road surface and automatic control of the compaction process of the road surface and can be used in the field of road construction. The expected result is achieved by the fact that in the claimed solution, automatic control of the compaction process is carried out by an accelerometer mounted on a vibrating plate of the working body, a spectral converter for analyzing the acceleration spectra of the vibrating plate, an asphalter speed sensor, a compaction analyzer based on an artificial neural network predicting the compaction coefficient of road materials, while the controller of the control device based on an artificial the neural network automatically changes the operating parameters: the vibration frequency of the tamper bar and the vibration frequency of the vibrating plate through hydraulic drives.
EFFECT: improving automatic control of the asphalter, improving the quality of the road surface.
