FIELD: waste recycling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of organic waste, namely to devices for their recycling by pyrolysis to obtain combustible gas; it can be used for disposal of waste of factories producing rice to obtain amorphous silica with a carbon content. The device for recycling of waste of the rice production into amorphous silica with a carbon content consists of sequentially installed feeding hopper, pyrolizer with ventilation with a moist air mixture, blower, vortex catcher, and cyclone, interconnected with heat-insulated steel pipes. The device also contains a line for unloading amorphous silica with carbon, which is a system of screws, storage hoppers, and a system control unit.
EFFECT: obtainment of highly pure amorphous silica with carbon and combustible gas from rice husk, as well as reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides to the atmosphere.
