FIELD: organic waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for processing organic waste, namely a device for the processing by means of pyrolysis of plant waste generated during the production of rice. The device for processing organic waste of rice industry consists of a pyrolysis reactor (1), a vortex separator (2) and a cyclone separator (3), connected to each other in the specified sequence by means of heat-resistant pipes. The device includes a loading hopper (11) connected to the pyrolysis reactor (1) and serving to supply organic waste to the pyrolysis reactor (1), as well as a blower (9) that provides air supply to the pyrolysis reactor (1). At the same time, the vortex (2) and cyclone (3) separators are connected to the first storage bin (4) by means of screw conveyors (5, 6, 7).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of organic waste treatment by producing a residual substance consisting mainly of amorphous silicon dioxide and amorphous carbon of increased porosity.
