FIELD: processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing of vegetative raw materials; it can be used in agriculture, food industry, as well as in pharmacology and medicine. A mobile complex contains a unit for preliminary preparation and supply of raw materials, an extraction unit, a separation unit, a water supply unit, an electricity generation unit, and a control unit, placed and fixed in a single transportable container. The unit for preliminary preparation and supply of raw materials contains devices for grinding of raw materials with a particle size of 1-5 mm, mixing of ground raw materials with water, and its dosed supply to the extraction unit, which contains an ultrasound extractor for destruction of raw material particles for further effective isolation of pectin polysaccharides in an aqueous solution at a temperature of 35-60°C and atmospheric pressure for 30 min with subsequent separation of the resulting product in the separation unit. In the separation unit, a solid precipitate is separated and dried with subsequent removal from the complex, and the water supply unit contains a water tank, purification devices, and a pump for supply of water to the unit for preliminary preparation and supply of raw materials for preparation of a solution of raw materials with required density, suitable for extraction.

EFFECT: mobile complex provides a possibility of isolation of pectin polysaccharides from hogweed.
