SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, consists in determining the pathogenicity of bacteria present in the oral cavity and causing periodontal disease, assessing the likely risk of cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, stroke, diabetes mellitus, severe respiratory infections, premature birth and low birth weight of the child. The kit includes designed and synthesized pairs of primers and probes specific to the genes encoding protein virulence factors gingipaina and fimbria. EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention consists in the development of a test system for the early detection of specific genomic DNA sequences of Porphyromonas gingivalis. 3 Ave.
