SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to biomarkers of inflammatory bowel disease, and can be used in medicine to detect inflammatory bowel disease with onset at an early age or to detect the risk of inflammatory bowel disease with onset at an early age. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with onset at an early age is diagnosed when a human protein related to the interleukin-1 receptor and containing a single immunoglobulin domain (SIGIRR) is detected, which contains serine in position corresponding to position 186 in accordance with SEQ ID NO: 9 and is truncated in position corresponding to position 215 in accordance with SEQ ID NO: 9, or nucleic acid coding it.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to facilitate diagnosis of IBD in children with inflammatory bowel disease with onset at an early age.
