FIELD: valve engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention reveals a water solenoid valve capable of increasing the force of electromagnetic suction and a method for the implementation thereof. Method includes the stages of: producing a stator assembly with a plastic seal by injecting plastic onto a stator assembly, a stator assembly with a plastic seal; assembling the stator assembly with a plastic seal and a valve body assembly containing a movable iron core so as to form a water solenoid valve, wherein the upper end surface of the movable iron core in the initial position is installed no lower than the upper edge of the lower magnetically conductive inner sleeve and no higher than 1/4 of the distance from the upper edge of the lower magnetically conductive inner sleeve to the lower edge of the upper magnetically conductive inner sleeve, in order to increase the electromagnetic suction force of the water solenoid valve. The stator assembly with a plastic seal comprises a coil assembly; an upper magnetically conductive inner sleeve and a lower magnetically conductive inner sleeve, set in the hole of the coil assembly; a water-insulating sleeve located inside the upper magnetically conductive inner sleeve and the lower magnetically conductive inner sleeve; a yoke located outside of the coil and connecting the upper magnetically conductive inner sleeves with the lower magnetically conductive inner sleeves; a magnetically conductive seat installed on the inside of the water-insulating sleeve; and a plastic sealing layer covering the coil assembly and the yoke.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the force of electromagnetic suction be means of a water solenoid valve.
