SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, oncology, haematology, immunology. Method of determining chronic lymphocytic leukaemia involves sampling a patient's peripheral blood, counting the number of lymphocytes in the peripheral blood sample, assessing the proportion of CD4+ T-helpers, activated CD3+HLADR+ T-cells, activated HLADR+ lymphocytes in the peripheral blood sample, wherein, if the proportion of CD4+ T-helpers is less than 29.6 % of the total number of lymphocytes, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is determined, wherein, if the proportion of CD4+ T-helpers is not less than 29.6 % of the total number of lymphocytes and the proportion of activated CD3+HLADR+ T-cells is not less than 14 % of the total number of lymphocytes, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is determined, wherein, if the proportion of CD4+ T-helpers is not less than 29.6 % of the total number of lymphocytes, proportion of activated CD3+HLADR+ T-cells is less than 14 % of the total number of lymphocytes and the proportion of HLADR+ lymphocytes is not less than 24.5 % of the total number of lymphocytes, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is determined.
EFFECT: invention enables effective detection of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in a patient.
