FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for detecting optical defects in structural optics parts contains a light source in the form of a projector (1) and a screen (7), between which a structural optics part (6) is placed. The projector (1) includes a lens (5) with a given focal length and is connected to a computer (3), with which a background image or a virtual grid image is created on the monitor screen (7) that is uniform in illumination and contrast, which is projected onto the screen (7). The device is equipped with an auxiliary light source, made with the ability to designate a conditional plane by projecting horizontal and vertical lines with rays. A circle of the calculated diameter D is plotted on the screen (7), inside which the value of the relative calculated error of the angle ε of deflection of the beam, observed as a linear dimension F from the chord to the extreme point on the curve on the local wedge-shaped surface of the structural optics part (6), does not exceed the set value.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of control and a reduction in the burden on personnel.
