FIELD: mobile communication system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a next generation mobile communication system. The base station includes a transmission section configured to transmit downlink control information used for scheduling a downlink common channel; a receiving section, configured to receive a delivery confirmation signal for a downlink common channel, and a control section, configured, in the case of transmitting a delivery confirmation signal using a downlink assignment index included in the downlink control information, for each group determined based on an uplink control channel resource assigned by the downlink control information. The control is performed such that different uplink control channel resources in the same slot are not assigned by said downlink control information.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to use downstream control information to assign a delivery confirmation signal transmission time mode in the case of flexible settings, or a delivery confirmation signal resource
