FIELD: anti-corrosion metal-polymer coating production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing an anti-corrosion metal-polymer coating and can be used in the oil and gas industry, in particular on metal working surfaces of column and tank equipment, apparatus, etc. used in the production, transportation and processing of natural gas and other hydrocarbons. The method for obtaining an anticorrosion metal-polymer coating includes sequential application of a metal layer on a metal surface prepared by abrasive blasting by the method for electric arc metallization and subsequent application of a surface polymer coating, while first a metal layer of a corrosion-resistant metal or alloy with a thickness of 100-1000 microns is applied, then a metallization jet turn off and apply a surface polymer layer of the coating with a thickness of 50-200 microns, while the polymer is applied in the form of a liquid, and the time interval between the application of the metal and polymer layers is 3-30 minutes.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the operational properties of coatings by increasing their anti-corrosion resistance and carrying out the process of applying a metal-polymer coating in one technological cycle.
