FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for applying metal-polymer coatings and can be used for production, repair and hardening of surfaces in various industries. Device for application of metal-polymer coating contains gun-metallizer made with possibility of supply of two wire metal materials, at contact of which electric arc is excited to form metallization jet, annular circuit, which is a hollow tube with uniformly arranged holes, which is mounted on the housing of the metal gun and is configured to activate and further heating the metallization jet with a propane or propane-butane or propane-air flame, nozzle mounted on nozzle of metallizer gun, comprising two rotary holders with nozzles for injection into metallization jet of thermoplastic polymer powder materials, wherein nozzles are made with possibility of rotation, allowing to inject said thermoplastic polymer powder material into different zones of metallization jet.

EFFECT: reduced amount of process equipment, reduced time for applying metal-polymer coating, forming metal-polymer coating in one process without re-adjustment of equipment, obtaining functional metal-polymer coating with required properties, due to possibility of using various thermoplastic polymer powder materials as alloying materials.
