SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to immunology and biotechnology, in particular to methods for obtaining immunobiological preparations that can be used as the basis for an anthrax prophylactic vaccine. A modified full-length recombinant protective antigen rPA83m for anthrax prophylactic vaccine has been proposed. It is a protein that includes the amino acid sequence of the protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis with the following modifications: replacement of 164NSRKKR167 with 164QSSNKE167; deletion 313FF314; replacement of Asn713 and Asn719 with Gln713 and Gln719, which provide its improved storage stability. Also proposed is a recombinant vector pQE-rPA83m containing the nucleotide sequence Seq ID No. 1 and providing the expression of the recombinant rPA83m antigen in Escherichia coli cells.

EFFECT: creation of a stable protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis for a recombinant anthrax vaccine by synthesizing a protein that is a modified protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis with mutations in the sites of proteolysis and spontaneous deamination, as well as the creation of a genetic construct that ensures a high level of its expression in a cell culture of producers.
