SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and can be used to correct microcirculatory disorders in inflammatory periodontal diseases. The method involves the application of silver nanoparticles to inflamed gums. When performing the application, silver nanoparticles are applied three times a day, integrated at a concentration of 0.25 M into the wall of hollow alginate microcapsules with a size of 4.3 ± 0.5 µm, loaded with tannic acid and suspended in a colloidal gel.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the degree of correction of microcirculatory disorders in the tissues of the periodontal complex caused by the inflammatory process, while reducing the risk of adverse side effects.
