FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in assessing the biocompatibility of coverings used to stimulate the regeneration of skin wounds. To do this, the test material is applied to the formed wound skin defect in the rat’s interscapular region, thereby making it contact with tissues. Then, after 7 days, laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) of the microcirculation of the skin is carried out by installing a light guide probe at a distance of 1 mm from the edge of the wound defect. The perfusion index is determined, and then the normalized amplitudes of myogenic and respiratory oscillations are measured in the wavelet spectrum of the LDF gram. If the perfusion index is greater than or equal to 14.67, the covering is evaluated as non-biocompatible, if the perfusion index is lower than 14.67 as biocompatible and the degree of biocompatibility of the wound covering is determined by calculating the CBA coefficient equal to the partial of dividing one by the sum of the normalized amplitudes of myogenic and respiratory oscillations. The CBA value is directly proportional to the degree of biocompatibility of the wound covering.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the accuracy of determining the biocompatibility of the wound covering by taking into account the value of the normalized amplitude of the respiratory oscillations of the microcirculation of the skin at the boundary of the test material and tissue.
