FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and is associated with modeling in laboratory animals of a severe disabling disease - juvenile endometriosis. To do this, homozygous female mice of the Balb/c-nude line weighing 18-20 g are sewn to the peritoneum from the abdominal cavity with a fragment of the focus of endometriosis measuring 2×2 mm, obtained from women in the early reproductive period, after surgery, the animal is injected subcutaneously 3 times a week, 100 ng 17-beta estradiol diluted in castor oil, in vivo cultivation of the endometriosis focus is continued for two weeks, after which the model is suitable for research on treatments for juvenile endometriosis.
EFFECT: invention provides the creation of an adequate model of juvenile endometriosis.
