PREDICTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF COMMON FORMS OF INFILTRATIVE ENDOMETRIOSISS BASED ON EVALUATION OF CD15 EXPRESSION IN ENDOMETRIC BIOPSY MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2634263 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the development of common forms of infiltrative endometriosis. To do this, the result of immunohistochemical marker CD15 expression in endometrial biopsy materials is evaluated. Immunohistochemical examination is carried out on dewaxed sections 4-5 microns thick. CD15 expression is determined in epithelial cells of the endometrium, the results of the immunohistochemical reaction are evaluated in a semiquantitative manner in points. At that, the absence of immunostained cells (-) is 0 points; less than 5% of immunostained cells (+) is 0.5 points, less than 20% of immunostained cells (+) is 2 points; 20 to 40% of stained cells (++) is 4 points; more than 40% of stained cells (+++) is 6 points. When CD15 expression is evaluated from 2 to 6, common forms of infiltrative endometriosis are diagnosed.

EFFECT: prediction of the development of common forms of infiltrative endometriosis.
